Refund policy

UNOPENED PRODUCTS: 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To be eligible, products must be returned unopened, sealed and in their original condition.

To cancel, email us at info@bullylegacyofficial.com with your order number and the products you wish to return. A simple written statement is enough. You must then send the products back within 14 days of notifying us.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Once we receive and check the products, we will refund the amount paid, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.

OPENED PRODUCTS

For health and hygiene reasons, dog food, treats and supplements cannot be returned once their seal has been opened or broken.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@bullylegacyofficial.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights under the legal guarantee.
