- PRODUCTS
We sell dog food, natural treats and supplements. We do our best to show product information, ingredients, photos and feeding guidelines accurately. Packaging may vary slightly from the images shown.
Feeding guidelines and our feeding calculator are general recommendations only. Every dog is different: adjust portions to your dog's age, condition and activity level, and consult your veterinarian if your dog has specific health needs or allergies. Always provide fresh water.
- PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are not included in the product price.
Payment is made at checkout using the payment methods available. Your order is only processed after payment has been confirmed.
We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
- ORDERS
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract is concluded when we confirm and ship your order.
We may refuse or cancel an order in specific cases, such as a product being out of stock, an obvious pricing error, or suspected fraud. If this happens, we will inform you and fully refund any amount paid.
- SUBSCRIPTIONS
Our dog food can be purchased as a recurring subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the delivery frequency you selected, until you cancel.
Subscription benefits in Portugal and Spain: €5 off the product price on every delivery, plus free shipping on every subscription delivery. Outside Portugal and Spain, the €5 discount applies and standard shipping rates are charged.
There is no minimum commitment. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account or by emailing info@bullylegacyofficial.com. To avoid the next charge, please cancel at least 2 days before your next billing date. Orders already charged or shipped will not be cancelled automatically, but your right of withdrawal for unopened products still applies.
If the price of a subscription product changes, we will inform you by email before your next billing date, and you may cancel before the new price applies.
- SHIPPING
Delivery costs, areas and timings are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to a person you have designated.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND LEGAL GUARANTEE
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for products returned unopened and sealed. For health and hygiene reasons, opened dog food, treats and supplements cannot be returned. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Your rights under the legal guarantee for non-conforming products (damaged, defective or incorrect items) are not affected in any way.
- LIABILITY
We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect use or storage of our products, by feeding contrary to the guidelines, or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as carrier delays, strikes or natural events). Nothing in these terms limits our liability where this is not permitted by law, including your rights as a consumer.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including the BULLY LEGACY name and logo, texts, images, designs and packaging, belongs to Money Moves, Unipessoal Lda or is used with permission. You may not copy or use it without our written consent.
- PRIVACY
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@bullylegacyofficial.com and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.
You can also use the Electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico) at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
In case of a dispute, consumers may use an alternative dispute resolution entity, such as CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt).
- APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
- CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies to that order.
