PROCESSING TIME
All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped on the next business day.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

SHIPPING TO PORTUGAL & SPAIN
- Orders under €100: €9.90 shipping
- Orders of €100 or more: FREE SHIPPING
The €100 threshold is based on your order subtotal after discounts and before shipping.

SUBSCRIPTIONS (PORTUGAL & SPAIN)
Every dog food subscription delivery ships FREE, no minimum order. Together with the €5 subscription discount, you save €14.90 on every delivery compared to a one-time purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to selected countries in Europe and worldwide. International shipping is €16 per order. Available countries and the final shipping cost are shown at checkout.

For orders shipped outside the European Union (for example the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or the United States), customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays or weather conditions.

WRONG ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we can resend it once the customer pays the new shipping cost.

DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days at info@bullylegacyofficial.com with your order number (and photos, if damaged). We will send a replacement or issue a refund. See our Refund Policy for more details.
